As cousins and business partners, we’ve incorporated our close family bond into the very fabric of our real estate investing company. Our story began when we were both real estate agents, working tirelessly to help homeowners sell their properties. But we quickly realized that many homeowners were struggling to sell their homes due to a lack of traditional financing options or the condition of their properties.
Being family has taught us the importance of treating others with compassion and understanding, especially during difficult times. That’s why we saw an opportunity to help these homeowners by becoming real estate investors ourselves. We took on the challenge of investing in properties that needed significant repairs or were otherwise unsellable through traditional channels. We knew that we could make a real difference in the lives of those struggling to sell their homes.
Through our experience, we have seen firsthand the stress and uncertainty that homeowners face when trying to sell their homes through traditional channels. Daniel Lee is our Chief Problem Solver and the ultimate problem solver. He’s the guy who always has a solution, even to the most complex of problems. Daniel ensures that our homeowners have everything they need to move forward and start a new chapter in their lives. When he’s not saving the day with clients, Daniel enjoys exploring new restaurants around town (he’s a Yelp Elite member and yes, he will bring it up), golfing and spending time with his lovely wife and two kids.

Meet Chris Im, our Chief of Customer Happiness. He’s the guy who ensures that all of our clients leave with a smile on their face and their goals achieved – and if not, he’s the one to blame. When he’s not busy being the go-to guy for all your real estate needs, you can find him in the kitchen whipping up a storm or exploring new restaurants like the foodie he is. He’s also an avid sports fan who enjoys rooting for his hometown team the Los Angeles Rams and Lakers.
