Not to mention that if your property is in need bad condition and requires a lot of repairs, your property may sit on the market for months on end, just costing your money and your precious time.
But let’s say your garner some interest from the public. Now, you have to arrange showings, hold open houses and negotiate with potential buyers.
You finally receive an offer you’re happy with and decide to accept it. There are still buyer inspections, appraisals, and other items that you have to navigate through and the buyers could still back out of the deal causing you to start the process all over again! This can last weeks if not months!
